This is very poorly documented, but if one rightclicks on the main file in the model tree, and selecting Save As Mesh. On the right side of the screen the save as mesh screen appears. Choose your favourite format, and change Structure to One File per Body. Ensure Refinement is high, and then press ok. Save to where you want.
