Ingredients
- 4 cups whole strawberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 7 cups sugar
- 1 pouch Certo liquid pectin
Instructions
In very large saucepan, combine by stirring sugar and lemon juice and heat, melting the sugar into a goo, not caramel. Add in strawberries and bring to a boil for 1 minute over high heat. Remove from heat. Stir in liquid pectin. Pour into warm sterilized jars and cover with lids and screw rings on as tight as possible.
