Ingredients
- 500 ml 35% cream
- salt (optional)
Instructions
In large bowl, beat cream with electric mixer on medium. Cream will then thicken, go to high speed. Keep going until there is a sloshing sound or a milk-like liquid is seen. Turn off mixer and squeeze remaining buttermilk from butter with colander. Transfer butter to bowl. Add salt if desired. Buttermilk can be used in other recipes.
