Put milk, vanilla and sugar into a medium freezer bag. Seal well. Fill a large freezer bag with ice. Add the salt. Put the small bag in the large bag and seal well. Shake and mix until it thickens, about 10 mins. Note: use Ziploc bags, not senor cheapo: you want the bag to be sealed. Salty ice cream is not good.
