Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Snacking Cake

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 225g pkg Baker's Semisweet Chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp. icing sugar
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F. Place unsweetened chocolate in 9 inch square pan. Add oil, place in oven. Heat 4 minutes, or until chocolate melts. Stir until blended. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir until blended. Stir in semisweet chocolate. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Mix peanut butter and icing sugar together until blended. Spread on cake.
