Ingredients
- 2 1/2 -3 lb pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 pkg Clubhouse Slow Cookers BBQ Pork
Instructions
Place pork in slow cooker. Combine other stuff in separate bowl. Pour over pork. Cove and cook for 4 hours on high. Shred meat into strings using 2 forks and remove fat. Leave overnight in slow cooker in fridge. Serve on slit buns.
