Ingredients

- 1 cup flour

- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9" x 12" pan. Mix 3 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt. Stir 1 cup sugar, brown sugar, 1 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and vanilla. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 5 min. Beat 1 cup sugar, 1 cup melted butter until creamy. Stir in pumpkin puree, 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt until batter is smooth. Pour batter over bottom layer. Mix 1 tbsp sugar and t tsp cinnamon together in small bowl. Sprinkle over pumpkin layer. Bake in oven for 35 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.
