Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gelatine
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup orange juice and pulp
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- Orange sections
Instructions
Prepare first 5 ingredients as basic Jell-O. Strain, add orange juice and pulp. Chill, stir occasionally. When partly set, beat until foamy, add egg whites, beat stiff, the fold in whip cream. Turn into a mould lined with orange sections.
