Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 11/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- pkg cream cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups strawberry low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup thawed cool whip
- 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine first 5 ingredients; spread onto rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 min or until crisp. Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl. Add yogurt. Crumble 2/3 of oat mixture into 9x5 loaf pan. Top with cream cheese mixture. Freeze 1 hour. Cover with cool whip. Freeze 3 hours. Top with berries and remaining oat mixture.
