Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp oats
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Crush cereal. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, cereal, 3/4 cup oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in 3/4 cup of the peanuts and 2/3 cup of the chocolate chips. Spread in ungreased rectangular pan (13x9). Sprinkle with remaining peanuts, chocolate chips and 2 tbsp oats. Bake 25-30 min or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
