Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Italian Blend
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
- Ritz crackers
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Shape into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Unwrap log, roll in nuts, serve with crackers
