Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 250g softened cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- apricot jam
Instructions
Beat butter and cream cheese until well mixed. Add flour, blend well. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into 2" squares. Place a small spoonful of jam on each square. Fold four points up to top and pinch 4 edges well to seal. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F. Should be very lightly browned. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar
