Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to350°F and spray 9x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda. In another bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and beat at low speed until combined and the batter is smooth. Spread batter into pan and bake for 30 minute or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow cake to cool completely before frosting. TO make frosting, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in sugar and milk and mix at low speed. Stir in vanilla. Spread over cool bars. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
