Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberry sorbet, slightly softened
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup cold skim milk
- 2 cups thawed cool whip
- 1 cup strawberries/raspberries
Instructions
Spoon sorbet into foil lined 9x5 loaf pan. Press firmly to form even layer. Freeze 10 min. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool whip; spread over sorbet. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Unmold onto plate 15 min before serving. Top with berries.
