Ingredients
- 200ml Luke warm water
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tsp dry yeast
- 300g flour (high protein)
- 1tsp salt
Instructions
Combine water, sugar and yeast. Stir to dissolve. Add flour and salt. Stir to form dough. Knead dough for 5 mins, until smooth and elastic and not sticky mess. Cover and let rest for 15 mins. Cut into 6-8 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Lightly flour the tops. Cover and let rise 15 mins. Using 1 ball at a time, flour surface and roll into flat circle. Leave other balls covered. Shake off excess flour.
Using a hot overturned wok or frying pan with a burner on high, place one circle on top for 25-30 seconds, then flip and repeat. While cooking others, put in a pan with a lid to keep them soft.
