Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 796mL can Pure Pumpkin
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 pie crusts
Instructions
Spices have already been more than doubled!
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and pumpkin pie spice; stir until well combined. Blend in milk. Pour filling in pie shells. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue baking 30 to 35 minutes or until kinke inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!
