Ingredients
- 2 pkg 16 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp.. salt
- 2 tsp.. lemon juice
- 2 tsp.. vanilla
- 1 32 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 cups blueberries
- Graham cracker pastry
Instructions
Put graham cracker pastry into base of spring form pan. Blend cream cheese, sugar and salt. beat until fluffy. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Blend in Cool Whip and blueberries. Put in spring form pan on top of graham cracker pastry.
