Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream Margarine with brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gently stir in flour, cocoa and baking soda. Stir in white chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake one sheet at a time at 350°F for 9-11 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
