Ingredients
- 7 cups water
- 1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced raw potatoes
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen peas
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen lima beans
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen corn
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Combine ingredients in large heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for about an hour or until vegetables are tender.
