Ingredients
- 6 squares chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 pkg (250g) softened cream cheese
Instructions
Melt chocolate with water over hot water or in large microwaveable bowl on high for two minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Cool to lukewarm. Add cream cheese and vanilla to chocolate; beat until well blended. Gradually beat in icing sugar until smooth. Spread on top of cake. Garnish with candied carrots or as desired.
