Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pastry flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 4 1/2 cups blueberries
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare pastry. Roll out half of dough and line 9" pie plate. Trim. Roll out top crust. Mix together flour and sugar. Combine with blueberries. Turn into pastry lined pie plate. Dot with butter or margarine. Cover with top crust. Seal and flute edges. Slit or prick top. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden. Reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking until filling has thickened, about 50-55 minutes longer.
