Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1 pkg Coconut Cooked Pudding/Pie
- 3 cups milk
- whipped topping
Instructions
Combine coconut, rolled oats and butter. Press evenly into 8" square pan. Bake at 350°F 15-18 minutes until lightly browned. Cool. Prepare coconut pudding according to package directions. Pour over crust. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares to serve. Garnish with whipped topping (optional) and toasted coconut if desired.
