In a large bowl, mix icing sugar and graham cracker crumbs. In a pan, melt margarine, then add peanut butter and blend until both are creamy. Add this mixture to the sugar crumb mixture. Mix well. Press down in a buttered 9 x 13 pan. TOPPING: Melt together in a double boiler or non stick pan the chocolate chips and peanut butter. When creamy, pour over crumb mixture . Chill for 2 hours then cut into squares
