What is RailCall
RailCall is the python program written in parallel to Beeton, designed to control stuff on the Beeton network. While Beeton cares about what is being sent, RailCall is the bridge for why stuff is being sent in the first place.
To be expanded later, but think serial comm link to beeton so other programs can access beeton through the leader
